All businesses in operation as of the adoption date hereof shall be considered to be existing businesses and not subject to the provisions of section 4-1-9 of this chapter. The City of Aledo shall establish a voluntary program inviting existing businesses to:
(A) Submit annual application and obtain City license (no fee);
(B) Obtain annual fire safety and "housekeeping" inspection.
The City Council shall review the existing business licensing program after two (2) years. (Ord. 06-19-06-1, 8-21-2006)
