4-1-3: PERMIT, PLAN AND SURVEY REQUIREMENTS:
A permit shall be required as herein stated and where required by the adopted Codes. In cases where the permit requirements for an adopted Code conflict with the following schedule, the schedule shall take precedence. The plans, specifications and surveys requirements are also hereby adopted and shall take precedence over any of the adopted Code requirements in these areas.

   (A)   Definitions:
      PLAT SURVEY: A staked lot/plat showing all improvements and proposed improvements within property lines and placing stakes at lot corners in accordance with Illinois minimum standards. Such survey shall include centerline stationing, curb offsets, proposed buildings and setbacks, lot area and lot dimensions. Surveys prepared for submission to the city of Aledo shall be stamped/sealed by a state of Illinois licensed land surveyor or professional engineer.
      TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEYS (May Be Required For New Subdivisions, Commercial And Industrial Buildings): A survey showing contours and elevations of a tract of land in relation to an established landmark. Topographical surveys prepared for submission to the city of Aledo shall be stamped/sealed by a state of Illinois licensed professional engineer. (Ord. 06-19-06-1, 8-21-2006)
