§ 32.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   If any person ordered to serve by the Municipal Clerk, or when elected by the other members of the Election Board to fill a vacancy, fails, refuses or neglects to serve, unless excused for good and sufficient reason, such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100, and costs of prosecution. The Municipal Clerk is authorized to file a criminal complaint against any such person failing to appear.
