§ 32.20  GENERAL ELECTION NOTICE.
   No less than ten days prior to any general municipal election, the Municipal Clerk shall prepare a notice to be published in a newspaper that is in, or of general circulation in the municipality, but if there is no newspaper of general circulation in the municipality, then by posting the said notice in each of three public places. The notice shall follow the form prescribed by law.
