§ 32.18  GENERAL MUNICIPAL.
   The general municipal election shall be held on the first Tuesday in April in each even numbered year. The polls shall be opened in such locations as may be designated by the governing body by resolution, and shall be kept open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and no later.
