§ 30.088  EXEMPTION FROM CONFLICT OF INTEREST REQUIREMENTS.
   All contracts, not exceeding the sum of $100 per contract, in which any officer of the village, as defined in § 30.086, has an interest, shall be exempt from the requirements of § 30.086.
