The following fees and requirements of reimbursement for expenses shall be assessed by the village in respect to the following applications.
(A) At the time of filing an application of a request for re-zoning or amendment to existing zoning (map or text), the applicant shall pay to the village a non-refundable processing fee in the amount of $50.
(B) At the time of filing an application for conditional use permit, the applicant shall pay to the village a nonrefundable processing fee in the amount of $25.
(C) In addition to the processing fees outlined herein, the applicant shall also reimburse the village for any and all publication expenses required to be incurred by reason of such application.
