(A) At the time of filing a final plat in respect to any proposed subdivision within the zoning jurisdiction of the village, the applicant shall pay to the village a nonrefundable processing fee in the amount of $50.
(B) In addition to the processing fees outline herein, the applicant shall also reimburse the village for any and all publication expenses, if any, required to be incurred by reason of such subdivision.
