§ 150.53  CONSTRUCTION PRIOR TO PERMIT ISSUANCE.
   When any construction, alteration or repair of buildings shall have been started prior to the issuance of a permit, an investigation fee in addition to the building permit fee shall be collected. The investigation fee shall be in accordance with the fee schedule as adopted by the County Building Inspector.
