§ 150.42 BUILDING AND RESIDENTIAL CODE STANDARDS.

   The following standards shall be used with the International Building Code and the International Residential Code:

   (A)   Acceptable wind load design procedure: 2012 IBC - Basic Wind Speed: The ultimate design wind speed shall be 120 mph, in risk category II, III and IV. 2012 IRC - Basic Wind Speed shall be 90 mph, Exposure C only;

   (B)   Ground snow load: 30 pounds per square foot;

   (C)   Frost depth: 36-inch minimum;

   (D)   Seismic design Category A, Site Class D; and

   (E)   Table R301.5 of the IRC shall reflect live loads for sleeping rooms of 40 pounds per square foot.
