(A) All meetings of the governing body shall be open to the public.
(B) Promptly at the hour set by law on the day of each regular meeting, the members of the governing body, the Municipal Clerk, the Chairperson, and such other municipal officials that may be required shall take their regular stations in the meeting place, and the business of the municipality shall be taken up for consideration, and disposition in the following order:
(1) Roll call;
(2) Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting;
(3) Consideration of petitions and other communications;
(4) Reports of officers, boards and committees;
(5) Unfinished business of the preceding meeting;
(6) Introduction of ordinances and resolutions;
(7) Final passage of ordinances;
(8) Miscellaneous business; and
(9) New business.
