The Village Board shall, on its own motion, have the authority to revoke any permit if, upon fair and impartial hearing after at least ten days prior notice thereof having been given to the permit holder, it determines that the permit holder, or any person employed by such permit holder, has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or any provision of Neb. RS Chapter 53 and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder pertaining to liquors.
