§ 112.02  PERMIT REQUIRED.
   From and after April 4, 1972, it shall be unlawful for any person owning, operating, managing or conducting any licensed premises in the village, to conduct, maintain, permit or allow live entertainment as defined above upon such licensed premises without first having obtained a permit as hereinafter provided.
