It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, hold for sale or offer for sale as a distributor, jobber or retailer any fireworks without first obtaining a license from the State Fire Marshal for that calendar year and no person shall sell consumer fireworks in the village, without first receiving approval from the Village Board. Licensed vendors shall only sell consumer fireworks approved by the State Fire Marshal at retail between June 24 and July 5 of each year.
