§ 91.30  OUTDOOR FIREPLACE; HOURS OF OPERATION.
   An outdoor fireplace may not be utilized prior to 8:00 a.m. and shall be completely extinguished and embers cooled by no later than 11:00 p.m. on each day so as to prohibit the fire from rekindling.
