§ 91.25  FIRE CHIEF; AUTHORITY.
   The Fire Chief of the Volunteer Fire Department or any designee of such Fire Chief is authorized to issue citations and order the extinguishment of any fire that creates or adds to a hazardous or objectionable situation or is in violation of the provisions of this subchapter, state statutes or any otherwise applicable rules or regulations related to fire prevention.
