§ 90.37  RABIES VACCINATION REQUIRED.
   Every dog, four months of age and older, within the corporate limits of the village, shall be vaccinated against rabies within 30 days after they have reached four months of age and every unvaccinated dog brought into the corporate limits of the village, shall be vaccinated within 30 days after purchase or arrival, unless under four months of age. After initial vaccination against rabies, every dog within the corporate limits of the village shall be revaccinated following a period of not more than 36 months since its last vaccination with chick embryo, LEP (Low Egg Passage) Flury Vaccine or following a period of not more than 12 months since its last vaccination with killed or inactivated vaccine. The intervals of any other anti-rabies vaccines shall be set by the State Veterinarian, and he or she shall follow the latest recommendations of the United States Public Health Service.
