It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain within the corporate limits of the village, any horse, mule, sheep, cow, goat, swine or other livestock, except that such animals may be permitted to be kept or maintained on contiguous parcels within the corporate limits adjacent to agriculturally zoned real estate surrounding the corporate limits upon receipt of a conditional permit therefor, subject to renewal annually by the Village Board.
