§ 72.10  TRUCKS PROHIBITED IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to park or allow to remain parked any truck within the residential areas of the municipality; provided, however, this prohibition shall not apply to any truck so parked for the purpose of loading or unloading freight, but only for the length of time it takes to so load or unload the said truck.
