§ 71.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any peace officer, including a conservation officer, may enforce the provisions relating to snowmobiles. Any person convicted of violating any rule or regulation dealing with snowmobiles shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.
