§ 70.30  PASSING; INTERSECTIONS, NO PASSING ZONES.
   The driver of a vehicle shall not overtake and pass another vehicle proceeding in the same direction, while traversing a street intersection, or a designated no passing zone, if such passing requires such overtaking vehicle to drive to the left of the center of the street.
