§ 53.03  APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.
   (A)   Any person wishing to connect with the sewer system shall make an application therefor to the Municipal Clerk.
   (B)   The application for sewer service shall be a combined application for water service, sewer service and building permit.
   (C)   The entire application is submitted and approved as provided in § 52.03.
