§ 52.49  EMERGENCY TERMINATION.
   Nothing in §§ 52.25 through 52.48 shall limit the ability of any properly authorized village official from terminating the supply of water to any or all customers upon the determination of such village official that emergency termination of water service is required to protect the health and safety of the public.
