§ 52.20  POLICE REPORTS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the designated law enforcement agency performing police services for the Village Marshal to report to the governing body or its designated representative all cases of leakage and waste in the use of water and all violations of the municipal code relating to the Water Department.
   (B)   Such law enforcement agency shall have the additional duty of enforcing the observance of all such regulation.
