(A) There shall be established one-way streets and alleys in the following locations.

(B) (1) Any person, firm or entity violating any of these provisions shall be fined $25 for each separate violation.
(2) Any person, firm or entity violating any of these provisions who shall not settle or compromise a claim against him, her or them for such violation within the above described periods of times shall be issued a traffic violation ticket or information against such offender through a court of proper jurisdiction and any person, firm or entity who shall be convicted thereof shall be fined the sum of up to $100 therefore.
(C) Exceptions.
(1) Authorized emergency vehicles may travel in the opposing direction in the event of a police, fire, and/or medical emergency.
(2) Utility vehicles may travel in the opposing direction in the event of needed service work, such as snow removal, leaf pick-up, line repairs, and/or street sweeping.
