§ 52.25 EXCAVATIONS.
   (A)   All excavations required for the installation of a building sewer shall be open trench work unless otherwise approved by the inspector. (`76 Code, § 12-73)
   (B)   All excavations for building sewer installations shall be adequately guarded with barricades and lights so as to protect the public from them. (`76 Code, § 12-74)
