§ 97.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   This chapter shall be enforced by the Albion Police Department.
   (B)   Any person who violates any section of this chapter shall be fined up to $25 for each such violation.
   (C)   Each day that the violation shall continue unabated or remedied shall constitute a separate violation of which the advertiser shall be subject to the fine as set out in this section.
