For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ADVERTISER. The person or persons who disclose information concerning the matter by means of displaying a sign or signs.
DISPLAY. When referring to any sign shall mean to exhibit, show, or expose to public view.
SIGN. A publicly displayed board, placard, or other item used to impart, transmit, or display any information or advertising.
TEMPORARY SIGN. Any sign not permanently affixed or placed, and intended to be used for a limited duration.
TOWN. The Town of Albion, Indiana.
