(A) General. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Clearing of snow and ice from sidewalks. Any person violating any provisions of § 90.02, upon conviction shall be fined the sum of $10; provided, however, that in the event that the section is admitted before the Ordinance Violation Bureau of the Town of Albion on or before two business days from the issuance of the citation, then the fine shall be the sum of $5.
