(A) It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to uncover, make any connections with or opening into, use, alter, or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance thereof without a written building sewer permit from the Clerk-Treasurer. (`76 Code, § 12-51)
(B) There shall be two classes of building sewer permits: class 1, for residential and commercial service, and class 2, for services to establishments producing industrial waste. (`76 Code, § 12-52)
(C) The owner of any property, or his or her agent, who desires a building sewer permit shall apply to the Clerk-Treasurer upon a form to be furnished by the town. In addition to the information required on the permit application form, the applicant shall submit such plans, specifications, and other information as the inspector considers to be pertinent. (`76 Code, § 12-53)
(D) A permit and inspection fee of $5 for a residential or commercial building sewer permit and $15 for an industrial building sewer permit shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer at the time the permit application is filed. (`76 Code, § 12-54)
