§ 52.02 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge into any natural outlet in the town, or in any area under its jurisdiction, any sanitary sewage, industrial waste, or other polluted waters except in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
