§ 50.03 SERVICE CHARGES.
   (A)   The following service charges are established for miscellaneous services provided by the Water Department and Sewer Department.
   (B)   All service calls requested by property owner, renter or plumber and/or contractor shall be charged a minimum of $15 per hour for the following normal hours - 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; and $25 per hour minimum at all other times:
      (1)   Locating and/or cleaning of curb box;
      (2)   Locating of mains or sewers on private property;
      (3)   Water turn-off and on;
      (4)   Investigating leaks, high usage, noisy meter, and all other related complaints if it is found that it is other than the meter itself or a town utility responsibility;
      (5)   Removal or replacement of meters for bad accounts, repair work, vacations, summer lines and any other purpose not specifically set forth elsewhere in this chapter;
      (6)   Resealing of meters that have been broken by owner's neglect or their agents neglect;
      (7)   Repair of remote heads and/or wiring caused by owner's or their agents negligence; and
      (8)   Pumping of meter pits to enable the reading of meters.
