§ 32.37 FEES.

   Plan Commission fees shall be as follows:

   (A)   Petition to amend zone map (rezoning): $50;

   (B)   Exempt II Division of land: $50;

   (C)   Minor subdivision (maximum three lots, no new streets): $50;

   (D)   Major subdivision: $50 plus $5/lot in excess of four lots; and

   (E)   Special meeting request - PC: $300.
