(A) The town is authorized to purchase a blanket bond or crime insurance policy endorsed to include faithful performance to cover the faithful performance of some or all employees, commission members, and persons acting on behalf of the town, including those officers described in I.C. 5-4-1-8(a).
(B) The Town Council shall by resolution determine from time to time the officers and employees to be covered under the blanket bond.
(C) The premium on any blanket bond or crime insurance policy should be paid by the town.
