§ 32.60 RE-ESTABLISHMENT.
   Under the provisions of I.C. 36-10-3, and amendments thereto, there is hereby re-established a Department of Parks and Recreation composed of the Board of Parks and Recreation, a Superintendent, and other personnel as the Board may determine.
