§ 32.21 DIRECTING TRAFFIC.
   The Chief of the Fire Department and any firefighter designated by him or her may direct traffic at the scene of any fire or where the Fire Department has responded to any emergency call for so long as Fire Department equipment is on the scene, in absence of, or in assisting the police.
