§ 32.18 MEMBER MISCONDUCT; DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES.
   (A)   For misconduct or malfeasance in office, an officer of the Fire Department may be impeached upon the written request of a majority of the members. This officer will be tried before a majority of the active members of the Fire Department, and if found guilty may be removed, suspended, or expelled, as a majority of the members may deem best.
   (B)   Any member expelled from the Fire Department will forfeit all interest therein.
   (C)   No person expelled from the town Fire Department or any other fire department will be admitted as a member, except by the unanimous vote of the Fire Department members, after full restitution and written request for readmission.
   (D)   Any member discharged from the Fire Department, honorably or otherwise, will return to the Secretary all property in his or her possession which belongs to the Fire Department or the town.
