§ 32.14 VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT; RESPONSIBILITIES.
   (A)   When answering any alarm, a firefighter should not drive a vehicle unless he or she knows the complete operation of the vehicle and its equipment. The driver must have a valid Indiana driver’s license and insurance, as prescribed by the town insurance provider and/or Fire Board approval.
   (B)   A passenger in a Fire Department vehicle which is answering a call is responsible for checking the radio to make sure of being in contact with the base station and all other units responding.
   (C)   Everyone who is assigned a vehicle will be responsible for that vehicle’s maintenance and cleanliness.
