(A) The regular meeting of the company will be held in its meeting room at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month. When meeting dates fall on a holiday, the meeting will be held on the next Monday.
(B) A special meeting of the Department may be called by the Chief, by vote of the members, or by written request of one-half of the members of the Department, filed with the Secretary. The Secretary will notify all members of a special meeting at least 24 hours prior to the meeting time, when at all possible.
