§ 32.05 DUTIES OF CHIEF.
   The duties of the Chief or designee will be to preside at all meetings of the Fire Department and to impartially enforce the constitution and the by-laws. The Chief or designee will also call a meeting of the Fire Department whenever business requires. The Chief will have full charge at all fires, emergencies, and drills.
