§ 32.04 OFFICERS.
   (A)   The officers of the Fire Department will consist of a Chief, an Assistant Chief, three Captains, a Secretary, a Treasurer, and two Fire Board members. They will be elected every year.
   (B)   The Chief, Assistant Chief, Secretary, Treasurer, Captains, and current Fire Board members will constitute the official officers for the sake of enforcing the Fire Department by-laws and constitution.
