§ 30.33 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   (A)   Order of business and meetings. The following shall be the order of business of all regularly scheduled meetings of the Albion Town Council:
      (1)   Call to order;
      (2)   Approval of minutes;
      (3)   Public hearing(s);
      (4)   Old business;
      (5)   New business;
      (6)   Department head’s reports;
      (7)   Open discussion;
      (8)   Approval of claims; and
      (9)   Adjournment.
   (B)   Order for special meetings. The following shall be the order of business for special meetings of the Town Council:
      (1)   Call to order;
      (2)   Approval of minutes;
      (3)   Old business;
      (4)   New business;
      (5)   Open discussion;
      (6)   Approval of claims; and
      (7)   Adjournment.
   (C)   Order for public hearings. The following shall be the order of business for public hearings of the Albion Town Council:
      (1)   Call to order;
      (2)   Call for public comment;
      (3)   Closure of meeting to public comment;
      (4)   Open discussion between Council members; and
      (5)   Adjournment.
