§ 151.05 USAGE IN COMMERCIAL ZONES; PERMITS.
   (A)   Permit required. It shall be unlawful for any person to temporarily park a house trailer or mobile home on any lot zoned or deemed commercial for the purpose of using same as temporary or permanent living quarters without a permit issued by the Town Council; provided, however, that pending a meeting of the Town Council, a house trailer may be so placed without a permit. (`76 Code, § 3-36)
   (B)   Denial of permit renewal. The permit required by the provisions of this section shall not be renewed if there is filed with the Town Council a request by 51% of the owners of property within 300 feet of the site for which the permit has been issued, or by 51% of the residents over 18 years of age who live within 300 feet of the property, that the Council deny the renewal of the permit.    (C)   Prerequisite to permit issuance. The Town Council may grant a permit required by this section only if 75% of the owners and 75% of the residents over the age of 18 years who are located within 300 feet of the site where the mobile home or house trailer is located give their written consent to the structure, and evidence of consent is filed in writing with the Clerk-Treasurer.
