§ 151.04 PLACEMENT ON CONSTRUCTION SITES; PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place a house trailer on a site in connection with the construction of a residence thereon without a permit issued by the Town Council; provided, however, that pending a meeting of the Town Council, a house trailer may be placed without a permit.
