§ 151.03 PERMIT FEES AND TERMS.
   (A)   Permit fees. Any person desiring a permit required by this chapter shall pay to the town the sum of $5. (`76 Code, § 3-18)
   (B)   Permit renewal fees. A permit required by this chapter may be renewed by payment to the town of the sum of $5 for each annual renewal. (`76 Code, § 3-19)
   (C)   Term of permits. A permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall be valid for a period not to exceed one year. (`76 Code, § 3-20)
