§ 151.02 STORAGE OF HOUSE TRAILERS.
   A house trailer may be stored on a residential or commercial lot for an indefinite period of time, provided that the house trailer is not occupied for the purpose of using it as temporary or permanent living quarters. Unoccupied house trailers are to be stored behind the principal structure located on the premises, except that stocks of unoccupied mobile homes and trailers offered for sale in the usual course of business by a regular dealer may be stored and shown for sale on a lot or site in an area deemed or zoned commercial.
