§ 130.05 INTERFERENCE WITH TOWN OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, hamper, hinder, or harass any town officer or employee who is engaged in the lawful performance of his or her duties.

(B) It is a defense to prosecution under this section that the interference alleged consisted of speech only.
