§ 130.01  CLEAN UP DAYS; PROHIBITED CONDUCT.
   (A)   No person or entity may remove, trespass upon, rummage through, interfere with, or otherwise have contact with the property of residents placed out during designated clean up periods without the prior written consent of the owner thereof, providing, however, that nothing contained herein shall prohibit a disposal authority with an ongoing contract arrangement with a citizen or entity from performing under its contract.
   (B)   Any violation of this section shall carry a fine of $50.
