§ 30.17 MEETINGS; SPECIAL AND ADJOURNED.
   (A)   All meetings of the Town Council which have been adjourned shall be held again when ordered at a regular meeting. (`76 Code, § 2-17)
   (B)   Special meetings of the Town Council may be held at the call of its President, or in the event the President should fail or refuse to call a meeting, any two members of the Council may call a meeting. (`76 Code, § 2-19)
   (C)   The call of a special meeting of the Town Council shall be in writing and shall specify the time of the meeting, the place thereof, and its object. The call shall be served by the Chief of Police upon each of the members of the Council and upon the Clerk-Treasurer, and no business shall be transacted at the meeting other than is mentioned in the call. (`76 Code, § 2-20)
