(A) In the event that any public nuisance pertaining to animals as defined hereinabove is not abated within 24 hours, the person(s), entity, or entities so harboring the nuisance may be found guilty of violation of this chapter and may be fined $25 for each violation.
(B) Any person firm or entity violating this chapter as described in this section may settle or compromise a claim again him or her for such violation by paying to the Ordinance Violation Bureau the sum of $10 for each violation within two business days of the time the alleged offense was purportedly committed.
